Each year, the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) organizes a safety month to promote health and safety on construction sites. This year's theme was Risk Management. My role was to develop concise content for social media, explaining risk management and outlining the steps to effectively manage risks.

I began by defining risk management and then detailed the five steps involved, providing brief descriptions on how to implement each step.

This approach led to the creation of short, engaging motion videos designed to promote risk management in an entertaining yet informative manner.

We also identified the areas of a construction site most at risk, specifically working at heights and improper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Consequently, we produced informative slides emphasizing the importance of proper PPE use in these high-risk conditions for social media dissemination.
