Stress Awareness Month

For this year's Stress Awareness Week, PBC collaborated with the Limerick Mental Health Association to develop initiatives aimed at raising awareness about stress and offering coping strategies. During our research, we noted that many traditional stress management techniques were either time-consuming or overly repetitive, making them impractical for many people. To address this, we decided to take a more engaging approach by conducting street interviews to uncover diverse, personal methods of managing stress and to gather more relatable, human responses.

In addition to the video interviews, we created a series of mini infographic slides. These slides provided concise information on what stress is, its causes, signs, and a four-step process for managing it, along with a fun "Did You Know?" slide.

To record the videos, I used an iPhone 14. I then edited the footage in Premiere Pro, splicing and assembling the content. The assets for the animation were designed in Photoshop and animated in After Effects, before being integrated into the final video in Premiere Pro.
